Huge Slums make cities look really ugly and make tourist not want to travel there.

ii. Paraphrase
This means that almost a whole country lives in slums.
C. Explanation
By slums being very big, ugly, and poor makes the country look very bad and makes all tourist avoid going over there to visit because of the slums.
